Groene Hart Service has vacancies in various sectors, such as logistics, manufacturing, recycling, landscaping and metal & engineering. We are also active in other industries. Together, we look at which role best matches your experience, preferences and availability.

Yes, via Groene Hart Service you can work both full-time and part-time. We will discuss your availability and look for a role that suits it.

Applying

You can easily apply by responding to a vacancy online or by contacting us. Following your application, we will contact you for an introductory meeting. We will then see which vacancy suits you and guide you through the next steps.

Yes, there are plenty of opportunities even without experience. For many roles, you will learn the work on the job. In addition, you can follow training courses and programmes through us.

Yes, you can also contact us without a CV. Together we will discuss your work experience, wishes and possibilities.

Initial consultation

For some roles you get to know the client in advance. This way, both parties can see if there is a good match.

Often you can start within a few days of the introductory interview. The exact start date depends on the vacancy and your availability.

Please bring an up-to-date CV, a valid form of ID (passport or ID card), your debit card, copies of your diplomas and certificates, and your most recent payslip to the introductory interview. Depending on your situation, we may ask you to bring additional documents.

Following the interview, we will look for a suitable vacancy. As soon as we have found a fitting role, we will get in touch with you.

That depends on the situation. In many cases we'd love to invite you to one of our branches, but sometimes an online introductory meeting is also possible.

Contract

A permanent contract is not guaranteed straight away. However, if you perform well, there are often opportunities to progress to a long-term collaboration or a permanent contract.

The type of contract depends on your role, client and working hours. During the application process, we will clearly explain which employment conditions apply to you.

Yes, in many cases it is eventually possible to join the client's direct employment.

Salary & payment

Your salary depends on the position, your experience and the collective labour agreement that applies. During the introductory interview, we will discuss exactly what you will earn.

As a temporary worker, you fall under the collective labour agreement for temporary agency workers. In addition, you are often entitled to the same remuneration as employees who are employed directly by the client company (known as the client remuneration), in accordance with the collective labour agreement of that sector. During the introductory interview, we will explain precisely which collective labour agreement and employment conditions apply to you.

Any overtime, shift allowances or other remuneration depend on the role and the collective labour agreement (CAO) applicable to your position.

At Groene Hart Service you receive your salary weekly.

Yes, you accrue holiday allowance and holiday days in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement and employment conditions.

Courses

We offer various practical training courses and programmes, such as VCA (BOSCH), forklift training and trade-specific courses. Which options are available depends on your role.

Every employee is entitled to a training budget of €2,500. With this budget, you can take education, courses and training to develop yourself further. Together we will look at which training best matches your work and goals.

That varies per training course. Some courses have no specific requirements, while other programmes require certain experience or certificates.

Pensions

Yes, from your first working day you build up a pension via STIPP-Pensioen. This pension scheme applies to all employees working through Groene Hart Service.

STIPP is the pension scheme for employees working through an employment agency. You will receive more information about your pension accrual as soon as you become eligible for it.

Leave & sickness

In the event of illness, report sick as soon as possible and at least one hour before your shift begins. Notify your manager at the workplace as well as Groene Hart Service. To do this, call the branch where you work. This ensures we can properly arrange everything regarding your sickness report.

Always contact your contact person and client as soon as possible. That way, we can work together to find a solution.

Would you like to take leave? Please discuss this with your manager in the workplace first. As soon as your leave has been agreed, you must also inform Groene Hart Service so that we can process it.

In the event of illness, the agreements set out in the temporary employment collective labour agreement (CLA) and the statutory regulations that apply to your situation shall apply.

Non-native speaking employees

Yes, for Polish and Romanian employees there are accommodation options available. During the application process, we will discuss which options are available and what conditions apply.

To work in the Netherlands you need various documents. We are happy to inform you about the necessary steps and documents.

Our staff speak multiple languages, including Dutch, English, Polish, Russian and Romanian. This allows us to guide you as best as possible.
