From 1 January 2027, the Employment Agencies (Admission) Act (WTTA) will come into effect. The act sets new requirements for organisations that supply personnel. Groene Hart Service is actively preparing for this, so that you can continue to rely on a dependable recruitment partner in the future.
To be admitted, temporary employment agencies must meet various requirements in the areas of administration, wage and tax payments, and compliance with laws and regulations, among other things.
Significant changes are also in store for you as the client. You will soon be personally responsible for checking whether you are working with an authorised employment agency. Working with an uninitialised agency could lead to a fine or other sanctions.
The WTTA brings about changes. Groene Hart Service is monitoring these developments closely and is actively preparing for the new requirements. We are happy to help you think about what this means for your organisation, so that you can continue to rely on a reliable staffing partner in the future and continue to deploy personnel without a care.
