Als meewerkend voorman betonproductie werk je in een productiehal in de regio Alphen aan den Rijn, waar prefab betonelementen worden gemaakt. Je combineert leidinggeven met het meewerken in de productie en bewaakt hierbij de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit.
In deze functie stuur je het productieteam aan en begeleid je je collega's in de productiehal. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de planning en de kwaliteit van de prefab betonelementen. Je werkt zelf actief mee in het productieproces en signaleert knelpunten wanneer die zich voordoen. Je communiceert duidelijk tussen de productieleider en de werkvloer en let continu op veiligheid. De ploegendiensten duren 8 uur en starten meestal tussen 06.00 en 07.00 uur, met de vroegste dienst vanaf 05.00 uur.
Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende producent van prefab betonelementen in de regio Alphen aan den Rijn. Hier worden dagelijks betonnen elementen vervaardigd voor woningbouw, hoogbouw, cascobouw en maatwerkprojecten. Je werkt in een nuchter, hecht team waarbij collega's elkaar ondersteunen en samenwerken centraal staat.
